Rates

Our rates: 

 

  • are in US$

  • include the room rate and breakfast and all taxes and service charge.

  • are based on double occupancy; extra beds can be provided on the following basis:

    • for one adult (or two in The Cottage) or a maximum of two children sharing their parents' room.

    • an extra charge for a child between 5 and 17 years-old is $45 per night, including breakfast

    • an extra charge for an additional adult (18 years and above) is $65 per night, including breakfast

  • laundry, lunch, dinner and drinks are not included.

  • include collection and drop off at one of our designated Drop Points

  • are subject to change without notice.

Whole Property Rates

All five bedrooms within the house and the cottage can be booked and you'll get exclusive use of the whole property, pool and gardens. If you are interested in this option, please email us at reception@theplantershouse.com.

NB: Children of all ages are welcome for whole house bookings. Whole House bookings are not always available during Peak Seasons. 

Transportation

We can provide transport to and from the Airport, or around the island. We have a comfortable 4X4 or minibus, depending on your numbers, and are happy to provide pillows, chilled water and snacks for your comfort. Please ask us about prices.

Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of Bookings

To confirm your booking:-

 

  • Full payment is required to guarantee your reservation.

  • All reservations will be confirmed when we have received the specified funds.

  • Any balance of the room charges must be paid upon check-out.

General Terms & Conditions

  • We accept Visa & Mastercard.

  • Check out time 1200hrs (midday), and check in time 1400hrs. Late check out time can be arranged at the management’s discretion.

  • No children under 5 years of age without prior agreement. Children of all ages are welcome for whole house bookings. 

  • In keeping with the peaceful ambience and tranquil setting, we ask that parents exercise judgment when booking with young children so as not to disturb other guests’ enjoyment. 

  • Minimum 3-night stay over the Christmas & New Year period (18th December – 6th January).

  • The Planters House and Cottage are all NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted outside and by the pool (but please be mindful of others).​

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by The Planters House.

  • Cancellation 60 days or more before the booking date: 25% Payable 

  • Cancellation made 31 – 59 days before the booking date: 50% Payable

  • Cancellation made 30 or less days before the booking date: Full Amount Payable

  • “No shows” and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full room rate for the entire period booked.

  • Full House or Whole Property bookings will incur a full stay cancellation charge within 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
