The Planters House is situated in a secluded area of our working tea estate, accessed by unpaved estate roads that are very bumpy and challenging in places. A four-wheel drive vehicle is essential for reaching the property directly. The rugged terrain means standard vehicles cannot safely navigate the final approach to the house.

Our Complimentary Transfer Service
We understand that not all guests have access to four-wheel drive vehicles, which is why we provide a complimentary transfer service. This is not an extra charge - it's a standard part of our hospitality to ensure all guests can reach us safely and comfortably. Here's how it works:

If You Don't Have a Four-Wheel Drive Vehicle
We will arrange for one of our estate vehicles to collect you from our designated pickup point on the A4 highway near Koslanda. Our vehicles are specially equipped to handle the estate roads, and our drivers are experienced in navigating the terrain in all weather conditions.

Coordinating Your Pickup

For us to arrange your transfer efficiently:

• Please inform us of your planned arrival time as early as possible

• Share your driver's contact details at least 1-2 days before arrival

• Our team will communicate directly with your driver to:
